We love you Jace!

Our church building is just down the street from a Catholic Church. Almost every Sunday they have something going on in front of the church. It looks like they sell food and clothes, and we don't know what else. I have wanted pictures of Cholitas dressed in their native dress. I said earlier that it isn't easy to get pictures.
One Sunday I got out of class before Martin did. (Can you imagine that the Priesthood class usually goes longer than the Relief Society class?) I looked down the street. They were playing music, and there were people dancing in front of the church. I decided to take a chance and I walked down there.
They were having some type of celebration. (They were celebrating some Saint of theirs, I guess) There were men and women dancing to the music. I took a video of the dancing, and then went back to the church to get Martin. We walked back down and I talked him into asking some of the Cholitas if we could take their pictures. They said yes! These are my favorite pictures that I have taken on our mission so far.
They didn't smile, but they posed nicely

I have not figured out yet how they keep those hats on their heads

The honored couple
We had to walk across the street to get this one. They did smile for us.
I love the Coke bottle. They have pins on their hats and shawls, fancy purses, and are holding
musical instruments-and of course cups with Coke in them.
